In order to track your Fitchek Payments, you need to add a new payment method to your MINDBODY account. Please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Click "Setup"
Once you click "Setup", a new browser tab will open up prompting you to login to your MINDBODY account if you have not already done so.
Again, make sure you sign in with your main business owner account. Only this account has the rights to authorize add-ons to work with MINDBODY Online. If you are not sure of your login for this, please contact your MINDBODY Online support rep to find out.
Step 2: Add a new Payment Method
- Go to the “Home” tab
- Select “Manager Tools” in the submenu.
- Choose “Settings”
- Click on “Payment Methods” under Retail settings.
Under the Add New section at the top of the screen.
- Enter “Fitchek” in the Payment Method field
- Active ?: Check
- CashEQ?: Check
- Allow $0?: Unchecked
- Allow>$0?: Unchecked
- Allow Refund?: Unchecked
- PayNotes?: Unchecked
- PayNotes Label: Leave blank
- Click on ADD to save
You will see new and existing payment methods listed below.
Step 3: Return to Fitchek to verify your MINDBODY Payment Method for Fitchek
Navigate back to the Fitchek MINDBODY Connect page. Under MINDBODY Payment Method, click the "Verify" button. If successful the green checkmark will appear.
